Cancellation, refunds and changes are not allowed after payment is made for an order, unless the item is out of stock/discontinued.
We do not allow any returns and refunds upon items that has been received by customers.
Exchanges are eligible upon items that has been received with the following condition:
Obvious manufacturing defects such as torn clothes.
Not worn and washed.
Proof of video or photo must be sent to our @rae.store Instagram DM or email sales@raestore.com for verification purpose along with: - Order number - Full name - Contact number - Short description of issues/defects on the item
Item must be returned within 7 days from the receiving date.
Exchanges will be made via courier and a tracking number must be provided by the buyer. Otherwise, a self-pickup can also be made.
One-on-one exchanges will be made for the same item only.
If the same item is out of stock and one-on-one exchange is impossible, refunds will be allowed.
We reserve the right to reject any exchanges that is deemed inappropriate.
